Its All About Me!
Hi, my name is Jaine Ramanauskas. I live in Mulgrave, in Victoria, Australia. I live with my wonderful husband and my two teenage sons. I am very proud of my boys and I have instilled some great family values.
I love going to the gym, getting outdoors and hiking. I have climbed the thousand steps at Ferntree Gully thousands of times. (Unfortunately it is closed at the moment for repairs.) I also like to hike and climb up the side of waterfalls. I inherited my love of exercise and exploring from my father, who was still running and riding in marathons in his seventies.
I designed the "Its All about me Journal" as I wanted a tool that I could carry with me every where, so I could record and keep track of my food and exercises routines. I also like to write my goals as I believe this is an essential part of the process. I wanted something discreet and that I could fit in my handbag. I could not find anything suitable, so I designed my own..
I had my new "Its All About Me Journal printed, created a web site and advertised in a couple of Woman's health magazines. Then wow the orders came in.
The feed back was 100% positive with some great stories.
