1. How long will it take to receive my Its All About Me Journal?
Please allow three to ten business days. In special cases other arrangements can be made. Please contact us. Express post is an optional upgrade to speed up the delivery within Australia.
2. What is the difference between the Pink and Black Versions?
The pink version was designed by a Jaine for Women, the Black version was designed by popular demand to be suitable for both men and women. The pink is in full colour as displayed on our home page. The black version does not include the before and after photos, and is in two colours.
3. Can I purchase wholesale?
Wholesale and Stockists enquiries are welcome. Please contact us for further information and pricing.
4. Can I co-brand the journals with our Gymnasium?
Yes, The numbers and price will need to be negotiated. This is in early stages of development, therefore costs will vary depending on requirements and the size of the orders. Our Journal's reputation are building fast with many happy customers meeting their goals, you may want to consider just building on the strength of our name and keep your costs down.
5. Can I purchase the Journals from a Retail outlet?
Currently the Journals are only available online, and from Gymnasiums and Personal Trainers that have purchased the Journals. We are looking into Retail options.
6. Can the Journals be used in a promotional campaign?
Yes. The Journals were used as a give away in one of the magazines we advertise, and the subscriptions for the month doubled what the magazine was expecting from their previous campaigns with other gifts. They are currently planning on using our journals for another promotion. The journals can be purchased wholesale for similar campaigns.
7. PayPal Continue shopping does not return to buy page?
This is a known issue between Shopping carts and some browsers, according to information I found in my research. For example with Firefox just click between the Tabs, the shopping cart will update. Further testing required on other browsers, IE does not seem to be effected by this bug. I will update our site as soon as I have further information and hopefully a solution.
8. What if I don't have a credit card?
We are working on increasing your options to purchase our Journals. Currently you could create a PayPal account and send money. The help guides are very useful. You can also request our bank account details, and make a direct payment to our account, using a reference so we can identify your payment. Or you can send a cheque or Money Order if living in Australia made payable to "Its All About Me Journal". International orders need to pay by credit card.
9. Can "Its All About Me Journal" be sent to countries outside of Australia?
Yes, we can ship to most countries in the world, please click on the International link from the buy page. You will find prices in Australian Dollars, US Dollars and UK pounds. The prices include shipping to any country that Australia is allowed to trade with. We are currently working on improving the design and purchasing facilities for International orders for our customers convenience.
