- Drink lots of water each day, at least 8 glasses.
- Eat a balanced Diet, including lots of fruits and vegetables.
- Eat natural foods, avoid processed foods.
- Regular and varied exercise routines, including brisk walks.
- Diet or Exercise alone is only half the battle, you need to both exercise and watch what you eat.
- Record your workouts and what you eat, this will help to stay on track.
- Set Goals in writing, and take action. Review often, this very powerful.
- Focus on the perfect body, not on loosing weight. (Just like in the Secret".)
- Personal trainers can help ensure you are exercising correctly.
- Join in fun events.
- Keep alcohol to a minimun, try keeping the week alcohol free.
